Preston Park Avenue, Brighton (eco Renovation)
This Project was a flat renovation in a Victorian house, we were approached again because of our unique sustainability credentials, the brief was not just to renovate the flat but to install new double glazed sash windows, and insulate all roof and wall voids.
Other materials and features included Sun Pipe for natural light and ventilation and hand built, sustainably sourced, kitchen.
